Here's a Power Principle for the day:

Ask-Who can buy or sell a huge quantity of my product or service at once

Ask-Who can buy or sell a huge quantity of my product or service at once on an on-going basis?

If a beggar ask you to buy a tissue, he is not really begging you. He is selling something to you. but his mindset is fixed to a wrong belief. He undervalue the usefulness of himself and the single pack of tissue.

My "Millionaire Mindset" experience:

When I when to Singapore for a 5 days training, I have gain a little bit of confidence. Then, I pass by a "beggar" at that time is my mindset, so my first reaction is - okay, here's another begger, cheap guy.."... then because of the result of training, I able to give a second thought - Well, maybe, just maybe I can train this old man as a practice.

So, I stop right there. I give him a SGD 10 for a pack of tissue. Yup, you might think I am stupid. To me, I feel sad. My next "millionaire mindset" is in progress, the next moment, I remember the song that Success Resource gave me. I pass a copy to him.

and the next thing, so incredible thing happen is that -

I teach him to sing line by line, repeatedly

give him hi five

Encourage him.

I tell him "You have a gift."

I tell him "Inspire someone, Sing a song"

And the more I repeat to him, the more I feel I am blessed by him.

We actually sing together among the passerby. Some stop right there and give money.

I tell him, the old but awake man, "You are not begging, you are giving your service" like any Salesman in the world, they give service. You are one of the great salesman. You give hope and inspiration.

I learnt the greatest lesson from him on that day - Sing a song, Inspire you.

How can I relate this to the principle?

Ask-Who can buy or sell a huge quantity of my product or service at once

Well, in my 5 days powerful training, in order a new prospect to buy your product, give him something first, let him/her taste, feel, see, give him/her a ebook. The ebook is like the song "Power of Dream", it give inspiration and hope, it helps your client first.

once the prospect know you more, it is easier for him/her to trust your service. he/she usually buy in your idea because he/she knows you truly want to help him/her.

So, teach! teach! teach! teach! teach! at certain point, not too long, your prospect will turn into customer, your very loyal customer!

Still I bump into an example of this principle:

Recently I ask my friend "What makes a millionaire rich?"
What is common between Bill Gates, Steve Job, our Asian hero Tony Fenandez, Singapore Govertment CEO?

Then what shock me is that I might don't even know the answer.

Then I began to find more. I am just simply curious to know how to help people to become rich and fucking happy. first, identify the strength of that person, put them to the right function in the company.
not identify their weakness and put them at the wrong function of the company.

You can't put Tiger Wood in the Accounting department and expect him to perform.
You find out what is so great about Tiger Wood and prepare the stage for him to perform.

I hope you got my point, but there is more value of building a strong person when you start up a business or working for a company or holds a managerial position.

A Story of a young lady who lost almost everything in 365 days

This morning, I have a usual jogging and I got a chance to speak to a young lady who always jog at the same playground, I have not talk to her even I seen her very often for the past few months.

and I listen a great success story from her:
"
She married with a son, 3 daugther. She was once living in a double story house, she got a lovely husband, his son got a dream to become Interior Designer, but all this change...
her husband got a cancer, for just 3 years, the whole family from rich to poor. Selling their double story house, sell the car, sell everything to pay the medical bills. His son's dream to be Interior Designer has to let go and go for a scholarship by a singapore's polytechnic, now he is working as marine engineer. His son is now the main source of income for the family of 3 womans, one of her daughter got married.

For the past 9 years, they been renting a unit at a apartment nearby my house. She is not working, all she rely is on her daughter. She still think about her lovely husband."

This is an ordinary story?
I don't think so, this is something worth to share to the world to help those who experienced similar lost, lost of family member, lost of financial, lost of status, lost of income, lost of confidence, lost of a father, lost of a husband, lost of a partner, lost of a business partner to - rebounce back. Why? She have did it, she and her son, and daughter has did it, they successfully to survive. She become a believer in Christ.

The next time you and I got into trouble, think about how this woman has rebounce back. If she can do it, sure you and I can. I recently receive a request from a person. He wrote " I want to learn Mandarin"
"There's nothing special" to some people they may think this way.
But I don't. I am so excited to know that another person is taking a step to get started despite how his/her friends talk about his/her dream to be a Mandarin Expert eventhough he or she is a Indian or Malay or a Philipines or a Parague

My name is Kent Lau, welcome to "malaysia motivation expert" blog.

I will give you something very useful so that it worth your time to read my blog.

Since we are going to spend sometimes together in this virtual world,
is it okay to give a little of my background?

I born in Puchong, Malaysia. I was raised up in a traditional chinese family.
he born with great talent but over year..He slowly become "stupid", can you related that?
I was repeatedly scolded by teacher "you are stupid", "you got bad attitude".
I can still vividly hear my former boss say this to me "why u so stupid, do it right the first time..."
I really felt useless at my past life experience, but I don't know what to do
I read books but it can't help much...I am so frustrated and despaired, I went to church for help but couldn't change much...

Since graduated from Nilai University College, with a degree (Hons) in Computing, I worked with several software companies at Technology Park Malaysia, Damansara Height, Puchong, Bangsar. It is when working there that I realize the power of Information Technology and how much time and money can be saved with improved life and IT skills. I want to share this important knowledge and experience to those who want to improve himself/herself but ....he couldn't...he lack of self-confidence and thinking that no one would like his training in spite he had provided several training to corporate but he still couldn't believe the truth - "he is excellent in training people, fast".

It wasn't until he attended a seminar facilitated by Blair Singer and T Harv Eker at Singapore. My life starts changing.
I learnt and apply the technique of accelerated learning, and build up great confidence to speak at the stage, among 1100 participants and making some to cry. I speak only what is helpful to others.

You can create this heaven..... yourself.

However, it takes one important ingredient to create the result you want - "a wonderful life everyday" ----
it is "YOU"

Only you can.

Only you can prioritize your life goal.
Only you can plan your weekly schedule.
Only you can decide where do you want to go, for a holiday or a short break to recharge yourself.

How to manage more than one financial goal?

Just as you have many task to work on within a limited time frame for a project, you most likely would have many financial goal to achieve...

if you have many task, you have task 1, task 2, task 3, task 4, task 5, task 6, task 7, task 8...etc, what do you do? - prioritize it

Prioritize simply means find out which is really most important, out of the 10 task, there must be 1 or 2 task which is most important, get those done first.

the same concept apply when organize your financial goal.

e.g.
You want to get a brand new Toyota/Lexus cost you monthly installment of few thousand.
You want save few thousand for investment in short term says 5 to 8 years time

there are two different goal, which one do you judge more important?
and which one give you peace of mind? rather some satisfaction for a short moment, then follow by increasing financial burden, which will cause you stress when bills come at the end of the month and you wonder why you can't pay the bill.... - planning.

Planning - plan first. by organizing your income to the most important financial goal e.g. saving 20%
plan and you will be stress-free, you feel much in control of your life.

so, happy planning.

You have 2 thing to do:
1. beginning of each month, keep 20 percent of your income into a different bank.

Think performance, not work 24 hours a day
Allow yourself to take a short 15 minute nap after a light lunch.
Nap = recharge

Feel better, feel energize?
will you work much smarter after that?

What make you think that you must work every minute, every hour during your 9 to 5 job?
are you get paid because you are sitting in front of the computer from 9 a.m to 5 p.m? or
are you get paid because you deliver what the boss, your customer wants?
Think clearly what really matters.

How to help a person to admit his/her mistake?

For any change to take place, that person must aware of his weakness, but it is very hard to just tell him/her what is wrong with him./her.

Suppose that your friend has a smoking "bad" habit, you told him that "Don't smoke, it is bad for your health", what can you expect from him? he would said "No way, that's my business, I don't need you to change me, I will change when I think is time to change..."

now is change happened?

No, this is not a effective way to ask people to change.

From my own observation, in order a person to change:
Step 1. you must first list down his/her strength as much as possible
This step will make him/her feel valuable, make her feel being respected, as telling a person that "You must admit your mistake" will cause the person feel disrespect, cause him/her worthless.

Step 2. You must get him/her really feel great about himself/herself
By listing down the strength, you raise him to a great height.

Step 3. You then point out just 1 weakness/mistake
Prioritize the list of weakness, and find out which weakness you think is of most urgent need for change.
He may have 10 weakness, and smoking being ranked no# 1 in the weakness list, so get him/her to change just on one.

Write down why you are doing the task you are doing now - your purpose
Write down how would it be like when the task is finished - your goal
Record every little progress you have - keep it as your "happy" collection box

Example:
my task: Translating .aspx file to .php file
purpose: helping DST and its client to view information easier way,
generating potential prospect for DST, increase chance for DST to help their customer to solve IT problems.
what problem you are exactly solving:

Think ownership, like a owner
You are not working for the company, you are working for yourself.
You are in control of your own emotion.
There may be unhappy event happen, but you can control
Just like you face a bump in a road, you can control by slowing down the car.
Yes, the bump can cause somebody crazy, but you are not, because you know how to control - your emotion.

Relax, will make you feel good, feel happy
Go to stress your body.
Stretch your body, your body after a long hour of sitting need a stretch.
Stretch for few minutes until you feel good.

Take a deep breath
