99% of the American self-made millionaire all know one thing, gues what?
it is their ability to see the greatness of each individual.
How do you build a strong individual?
How do you build a strong team?
first, identify the strength of that person, put them to the right function in the company.
not identify their weakness and put them at the wrong function of the company.
You can't put Tiger Wood in the Accounting department and expect him to perform.
You find out what is so great about Tiger Wood and prepare the stage for him to perform.
I hope you got my point, but there is more value of building a strong person when you start up a business or working for a company or holds a managerial position.
